What you need to know & bring
Basic sewing skills including the zig-zag stitch
A printed and assembled copy of the Acacia underwear by Megan Neilson in the size you plan to make
Curiosity & Patience
(optional) 1/2 yard Cotton Lycra with 20% stretch and good recovery (old T-shirts and fabric scraps are great for this project)
What will be provided:
All 3 types of Elastics - various colors
Cotton for gusset (Black & White)
Some Cotton Lycra fabric options
Techniques learned
Undergarment construction techniques and seam allowances
How to apply Fold Over Elastic (FOE)
How to apply Picot Elastic
How to apply 1/4" plain Elastic
